Hospody se
nacházely v každé větší vesnici . Ke stavbě se používalo stejného materiálu
jako na okolní domy. Umístěny v centru obce, poblíž kostela a fojtství vytvářely
společenské centrum, ve kterém se scházeli sousedé k odpočinku, společenské
zábavě i při kulturních příležitostech.

Gasthäuser befanden sich in
jedem großeren Dorf, und Man benutzte zum Bauen das gleiche Baumaterial wie für die
anderen umliegenden Häuser. Die Lage, stets in der Dorfmitte, nah an der Kirche und der
Vogtei, machte sie zum gesellschaftlichen Dorfzentrum, wo sich Nachbarn zur Entspannung
und zu gesellschaftlichen oder kulturellen Gelegenheiten trafen.
